About the presenter

Paul J. Tyrell, PE, PLS, LEED AP, DBIA – Associate Vice President, HDR; President, DBIA New England Board of Directors. With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, land surveying, and construction management, Paul specializes in directing complex, multidiscipline projects for public and private clients. He has served as Chair of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and of Land Surveyors and received numerous accolades including MALSCE Surveyor of the Year.
