This alignment is fundamental to cultivate the necessary environment to maintain a high level of integrated team performance.
Workshop Description
Taking time to recognize how each person contributes to the shared work of the design-build team, the Courageous Leadership program provides workplace and project team members with a greater sense of mission and connection, resulting in high levels of engagement and performance.
In this initial part of the program, Stepping into Courageous Leadership, a deeper empathy and connection between people, and new awareness of the positive qualities people bring to a team, is gained through an interactive demonstration of practices that prepares each member to commit to the mission of that team.
This workshop is fully immersive and participatory. Using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology team members will experience how to deepen their connection with others in a safe and fun series of conversations.
